the check-in process was agonizingly slow, and to top it off, no one bothered to assist me with a room upgrade despite my obvious need for better accommodations. the garden was nice but Dirty, and where’s the complimentary nightcap? an absolute travesty, I almost would have given 4 stars, but just couldn’t due to the glaring inadequacies.

The staff were super helpful and even pointed out great local spots to check out. The location is ideal for quick access to the beaches and airport. Loved the relaxing outdoor seating area to unwind after exploring.

our stay at pilot house was a dream! the queen room was cozy, and having modern amenities stuck out. we loved the close proximity to the airport, making arrival and departure a breeze. ms. Whitmore was absolutely incredible. she had every answer we needed and even helped us secure a top-notch rental through mr o'leary. the overall value for the service was amazing.
